About Gathering & Sharing Images
Keylela Effect Moon Lodge Society will be gathering photos, videos and comments during our Wellness Events to 'share our story and Wellness Journeys' with others. We understand that creating safe, creative spaces for people to connect and reflect MUST respect people's privacy and that some of the activities we be engaging in may be emotional. We will advise you when Ceremonies, facilitator workshops or activities include culturally-sensitive information that is not permitted to be recorded. When we gather images, we will explicitly ask if you would like to be featured in photos or video clips to help 'create our story' and amplify the ripple effect....and of course, you have the right to decline our request. We will respect requests to NOT be included in any 'group shots' or general images we may use for print materials (brochures, signage, posters, etc.) or online purposes (on our website, social media channels, etc.) to promote our society and work to enhance 'Wellness Woven with Indigenous Teachings to Inspire, Nurture and Transform Lives." We ask that you respect the wishes of other participants, too.
Liability
Keylela Effect Moon Lodge Society assumes no liability for lost, damaged or stolen items. Keylela Effect Moon Lodge Society assumes no liability for accidents or injuries that may occur while traveling to our events or participating in activities that we have planned. The Keylela team has First Aid Qualifications and extensive Cultural Safety awareness training, in the event those skills are needed.
